Fees, Refunds, & Cancellations

The fee for each course is listed with the course name on the "All Courses" page. Once a course is purchased, the fee is non-refundable. You may cancel your access to our website at any time; however, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Disputes & Complaints

If a participant or potential participant would like to express a concern about his/her experience with Wellsprings Education, he/she may either email us at [email protected] or call (201) 956-6299 x14. Although we do not guarantee a particular outcome, the individual can expect us to consider the complaint, make any necessary decisions and respond within 15 business days.

NBCC Approved Continuing Education Provider

Wellsprings Education has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7057. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Wellsprings Education is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.

New York State LMHCs

Effective 11/1/2026, Wellsprings Education is NO LONGER recognized by the New York State Education Department’s State Board for Mental Health Practitioners as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed mental health counselors.
